Top 10 underrated (not especially good just underrated) games! + a poem

10 - Spelunker 2:


how many people do you see talking about it? none? true!, maybe for good reasons too,
it's a very interesting adventure game with cool stuff like teleporting even, but really i cant recomend, im yet to beat it too oof...



9 - TLGOZ black crown:

ever needed a zelda diablo with extra jank? well here it is, it plays fine even if a bit slow, it's reaaaaaaaaaaaalll grindy tho and a little directionless but its a neat experience, i also like the song (and or remixes) chosen.



8 - Mariovania:

MARIOVANIA WAS ALWAYS REAL!!, and kinda whack but its honestly pretty fun after the begining gripes, it so cool to use the koopa shell for example, and yeah you have a full menu like sotn (and sotn music too) it may not look so good but give it a shot! (also there was something about a remake but i was unable to fid more info, also does anyone remember that super pretty mario classicvania video mockup where it was raining and a lot of shaders and mario looked so cool?).



7 - Yume nikki 3d:

yume nikki my beloved in doomish 3d! and thankfully not as slow as lsd:de, well there's not much i can say like ITS YUME NIKKI 3D!!! GO  d  r  e  a  m  NOW!!!!.



6 - Slayin 2:

slayin 1 was fun and so is 2 of course, its a very arcady game and honestly i love those, lots of heroes lots of monsters, cool pixel art and secrets?! what else could i ask for! tho gotta say i prefer some designs from slayin 1, love the robot and spear guy tho, NINJA SUCKS!!! WHY??!!!.



5 - Gun princess trilogy (Zero, 1 and 2):

if you like games like momodora 1 and cave story this is a neat lil franchise, its a metroidvania(s) of course, its kind of a breeze to go trough them but its not kirby breeze alright, i wont spoil much so go play them!!.



4 - Arm of revenge:

a game with raw aura and a great beat em up to be honest, more than just punches and pipes it plays kinda like both a platformer and fighting game but good, like really good and it looks good too, only negatives are some jank and those ehh cutscenes with poor english, not a negative but they used kevin mcloud music too.



3 - Distorted travesty trilogy (1, 2 and 3):

i dont see many people talking about it even if its not that underrated, INTENSE ACTION PLATFORMERS fits these game full of references and a bunch of other games mixed in, its a demon's crest like in 1, a stage to stage game in 2 and a full on metroidvania in 3, expect nonsense and bs of great quality, also im hype for the fourth game.



2 - Shantae and asha:

lots of fangames huh?, well this one is peak it mixes the 2 franchises into a demon's crest like with more metroidvania, you already know you can play as shanty and asha but many other fellas come too (zero, amy, goemon and etc) its really well made, the dev is also pretty cool!.



1 - Babel sword:

peak mecha fighting game with bullet hell mixed in, an impressive mugen project that doesnt really look like one, the only downside is how hard it is to find downloads AND I FUCKING HATE MUGEN ARCHIVE, THAT STUPID SEWER HOLE!!!, but oh well i recomend you try it quickly!.

my thing here kinda sucks but be fair with me its 4am.

the flowers and sky so blue the red of my blood i pump wild greens covering the ground oh how i miss you my sweet love and so and so on, for very long more sublime now, but chilling the absence of you blinds me the world so dark, so bleak where is the light, gone? could it be my fire fainted? and so and so on i stay using memories to brighten my day

ZUN makes me sad

To begin with, I will be honest: he always had some sloppy in his works— (tracing, plagiarism, stock images, even AI at one point, but its not that bad). Some people think he makes good characters, and yes, he does sometimes, but mostly he makes very simple and vague ones where only fans truly fill them with charm. He makes countless of them, slate or not, again and again. And you know the designs are part of why fans even bother to start trying to like a tad of them. And honestly, that's just normal. Fiasco_XO is Underrated

This is one of my faves out there when it comes to covers, makes every song sound so sweet... yet he only made 3 covers, SO i will put the 3 in here and give some words on em! So starting with my fave of the 3, Fakery Way it is and i sure do love it! He made it less creepy and somber and instead made it calm with a touch of melancholy, its kind of sweet in a way, i even like the background noises and everything! I heard it a lot while reading or while i wasnt doing anything, sometimes paired up with rain its perfect for me to relax and sleep, give it a try sometime. Second of course is Mephile's Whisper Never had as much time with this one but i still like it too, he kept the creepy factor this time and also removed the shadow theme part (which i dont like in the theme to be honest), its not very different from the normal theme like fakery way, but i still prefer it over the full theme lol Heard this one a lil bit while making chaos (the stone of darkness one) for srb2 BUT i though...

How i feel about chrono adventure (the sonic fan game)

 Chrono adventure is quite the game i have to say, a sonic metroidvania rpg?! it was so hype for me! Full playlist here:  Osaka! Its not exactly a perfect game but i do think its perfect for me, so i bring it here I will put everything on parts and give them a score! Gameplay: starting with the most important part, its mighty fine and fun, with just a bit of jank so im giving it a 9/10 Level design: oh now this is the more hard part, some parts are neat, some are big wide spaces ou can run trough (which i honestly like doing) and some are that one snow part i always take the teleporter to skip, im gonna suggarcoat it a bit regardless sorry 7/10 Exploration: well its your usual metroidvania in that regard, with some rare cryptic secrets too, but sadly you will mostly find exp and the emeralds (with 1 secret boss), oh well its not too bad or good so 6/10 Graphics: for the time this game looked good for a sonic fan game and honestly i dont really care how good looking one can be ...
